FAQ

Do you handle design as well as installation? expand_more

Yes. We provide full design-build service — hydraulic calculations, stamped shop drawings, permit submittal to the AHJ, installation, and final acceptance testing. You get one accountable contractor from plan to sign-off.

Can you install sprinklers in an occupied building? expand_more

Yes. Tenant finishes and retrofits are a large part of our work. We phase the installation, coordinate shutdowns with your property manager, and keep the rest of the system in service so the building stays protected and compliant.

What types of systems do you install? expand_more

Wet, dry, pre-action, and antifreeze systems for commercial, industrial, retail, warehouse, and multi-family projects. We size and hydraulically calculate every job to the occupancy hazard per NFPA 13.

Do you pull the permits and handle inspections? expand_more

We manage the entire permitting process with your local AHJ, coordinate rough-in and final inspections, and perform the required hydrostatic and acceptance tests so your certificate of occupancy isn't held up.
